Please read our T&C's before booking your event at Pershore Rugby Club.
A responsible adult over the age of 18 years must be in charge of the event for the duration of the booking and make themselves known to the bar staff as a point of contact.
All of the staff working at the event are volunteers of Pershore Rugby Club. All staff have the right to be treated in a considerate and respectful manner.
All beverages at the event must be purchased from a Pershore Rugby football club.
Pershore Rugby Club reserves the right to request disposal of any beverages brought onto site which are not sold by Pershore Rugby Club. The event may be terminated if this condition is breached.
Pershore Rugby Club reserves the right to request any guest of the event to leave the premises if any member of staff are subject to any form of abuse. The event may be terminated if there is any non-compliance of this condition.
All bookings are subject to Covid regulations at the time of the event and guidance given by the Rugby Football Union, Pershore Rugby Club committee and Public Health England.
Timings of the event agreed must be adhered to.
A Booking fee of _______ must be paid at the time of booking. Should the fee not be received and another party wishes to book the Clubhouse on that date the committee reserves the right to give the booking to the other party.
An additional fee of £25 will be requested for or any entertainment that requires electricity i.e. bouncy castles, Children slides, Discos etc.
Setting up and dismantling times after the function must be made at the time of the booking. The persons hiring the Clubhouse must remove all of their possessions from the Clubrooms by 10am the following morning in order that we can clean Clubhouse.
Children under the 10 years of age are not permitted in the kitchen. This is because of the terms of our Public Liability Insurance. If you do allow under age children into the kitchen, it is at your own risk.
To comply with the Food & Hygiene Safety Act, by accepting this following condition, the Hirer hereby indemnifies Pershore Rugby Club against any claims, losses or injury caused by the consumption of food prepared either in the Clubhouse or by any food (prepared or otherwise) brought into the Clubhouse by the Hirer or a Third Party authorised by the Hirer.
Cancellation policy. A full refund of an event may be given up to 4 weeks of the event date. After this period the deposit will not be returned.
If Pershore Rugby Club are required to cancel the booked event it will not be Pershore Rugby Club’s responsibility to arrange another venue.
If your event causes accidental damage you are asked to report it as soon as possible, otherwise damage will be charged to the last known user of the Clubhouse. Any accident which results in injury to any person using the Clubhouse during a booking must be reported to the bar staff.
Please remember that this is a residential area and give due consideration when leaving the Clubhouse after an evening function.
Any lost or unclaimed property will be disposed of after a period of one month from the date of the booking.
Emergency Safety Exits must be kept clear at all times, and are only for use in emergencies.
Car parking is available at the Clubhouse, please use with consideration and leave access for emergency vehicles. Please do not park vehicles on the grass pitches or in front of Emergency Exits. All vehicles are parked at their owners own risk.
